Creteseal NZ offers a variety of technologically advanced Polyurea Elastomer joint fillers. These fillers are designed for concrete with low to medium thermal cycling. Due to the varying needs of warehouse floors, Creteseal NZ offers several Shore A hardness levels of fillers with the following properties:
These fillers have been designed with an initial open time of 1 minute, in order to allow enough time to move from one joint to another without the product curing in the nozzle, and to allow the fillers time to drop completely into the joint. This allows maximum adhesion to the side walls of the joints, and to allow trapped air to escape.
These fillers are currently approved for several chain stores and manufacturing facilities across the nation.

Shore Durometer is the method for measuring the hardness of a material. Hardness is defined as a material’s ability to resist permanent indentation. The following CreteFill Pro products are identified by their Shore A Hardness Levels. Creteseal NZ offers three separate hardness levels designed for protecting control joints in concrete slabs against a wide range of traffic that can be expected over the life of the slab.
Designed specifically for floor applications subject to light vehicle traffic (i.e. pedestrian traffic, shopping carts and stocking carts).
CreteFill Pro 65 is slightly flexible, allowing small slab movement, yet strong enough to protect the vertical edges of concrete from spalling under light loading, and interior applications where little joint movement from thermal cycling will occur.
Ideal for:
Designed specifically for floor applications subject to light to medium vehicle traffic (i.e. shopping carts, stocking carts, etc.).
CreteFill Pro 75 is designed to fill damaged control joints, or new control joints on horizontal concrete. It is slightly flexible, allowing small slab movement, yet strong enough to protect the vertical edges of concrete from spalling under moderate loading exterior applications.
Ideal for:
Designed specifically for industrial floor applications subject to heavy vehicle traffic, such as forklifts or steel wheeled carts.
CreteFill Pro 85 is designed to fill damaged control joints, or new control joints on horizontal concrete. It is slightly flexible, allowing small slab movement, yet strong enough to protect the vertical edges of concrete from spalling under extreme loading and exterior applications when little joint or crack movement from thermal cycling will occur.
Ideal for:
Creteseal NZ offers custom color matching for its joint filler products to match any concrete color. The colors represented above are typical colors used in the concrete industry, but the customer is not limited to only these select colors.
Creteseal NZ provides a line of rapid curing concrete repair products designed to rebuild damaged control joints and spalls in warehouse floors, "knit" cracked slabs together, as well as repair outdoor damaged concrete in a very short period of time.
These products offer the following properties:
CreteFill Crack Repair is a fast set, high strength, extremely low viscosity hybrid urethane repair material. This two part, 1:1 system is 98% solids and designed for repairing hairline cracks where no future slab movement is expected.
Other uses are rebuilding and repairing broken control joints and spalled concrete surfaces very quickly. CreteFill Crack Repair is perfect for repairing random cracks in concrete and can also be used, when combined with sand, for repairing damaged control joints or warehouse spalls damaged from forklifts, steel wheeled carts, etc.
Ideal for:
CreteFill Spall Repair is a rapid setting, high strength, hybrid urethane repair material. This two part, 1:1 system is 100% solids and designed for repairing damaged control joints and larger cracks where no future slab movement is expected.
CreteFill Spall Repair, when combined with sand or fly ash, will develop into an extremely strong polymer concrete designed to repair existing concrete that has been damaged by forklifts, steel wheeled carts, etc.
