Ashford Formula

Ashford Formula is a water based sodium silicate penetrating sealer.
Ashford Formula starts working from the time the product is applied to the concrete.
There will be no immediate visible change to the treated concrete surface.
Complete cure time will be between 6 to 12 months.
Regular maintenance is essential to developing the smart low sheen floor finish.
Machine scrub with clean water, do not use abrasive chemicals, only use high ph cleaners.
The recommended cleaner for all Ashford Formula treated floors is Crete-Clean floor cleaner.
