Ashford Formula is commonly used in warehouses, distribution centres, aviation hangers, exhibit halls, stadiums, manufacturing plants and food processing facilities. Ashford Formula produces a densified surface through a chemical reaction with the moisture and alkalis in the concrete. The “fixed air” spaces are reduced to a size through which water molecules cannot pass. However, these spaces do permit the passage of air and water vapour, thus allowing the concrete to breathe.
